The Role
As Marketing & Communications Manager for QT Auckland, you’ll lead the charge in crafting campaigns that captivate and convert. From developing hotel and F&B marketing strategies to executing social media, PR, and content initiatives, you’ll bring QT Auckland’s story to life across every channel. You’ll collaborate with our General Manager and key stakeholders to deliver a marketing calendar that drives revenue, elevates the brand, and celebrates Auckland’s adventurous spirit.
What You’ll Do
Dream big, plan smart: Create and deliver hotel & F&B marketing calendars that turn heads and drive results.
Own the socials: Craft scroll-stopping content, influencer collabs, and campaigns that make QT pop online.
PR like a pro: Build buzz with media, manage famils, and land QT Auckland in all the right headlines.
Email with flair: Keep our guests in the loop with EDMs that spark curiosity and bookings.
Measure the magic: Track, analyse, and tweak campaigns to keep the momentum going.
Partner up: Build relationships that amplify our brand and keep QT at the heart of Auckland’s scene.
What We’re Looking For
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns and social media strategies across F&B outlets and Hotels.
Strong copywriting, creative thinking, and attention to detail.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of Auckland’s vibrant hospitality and accommodation scene is a bonus.
