Professional Qualification – Postgraduate in Luxury Management/Marketing or
MBA in marketing & Communication from a reputed Institute
Experience- Minimum 3-5 Years of Experience in Luxury / Hospitality / Architectural/Interior /,
Luxury Travel Industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Representing the Brand The candidate is required to deliver values that set the brand/product apart, creating a strong position for market growth. He/She would be responsible To conduct market research , build campaigns and promotions aimed at a customer community
● To strategize organically to promote the brand at various platforms leading to visible results in
terms of business growth.
● To Assess the performance of campaigns and events.
● To Analyze market trends , identify new opportunities and challenges.
2. Expanding our Market & Client Acquisition
Develop a marketing plan through analysis of current market trends and implementing marketing
strategies .This will include maintaining the current brand image and further elevating the brand to
another level. Reaching out to a target audience and creating strategies for new product or store
launches. Analyze and ensure optimal utilization of all resources for campaigns.
3. Collaboration & Tie Ups
Candidate will be responsible to research, assess & plan collaborations & tie-ups worldwide to build strong sustainable brand.
4. PR Develop and maintain contacts with various media personnel and determine appropriate media for brand promotion.
5. Brand Communication:
The candidate must be a natural storyteller with verbal and written skills to create an emotional
connect with a specific audience. An Effective communicator who can prepare brand strategy
documents and copywriting for marketing materials.
Senior Marketing Manager Skills
Senior Marketing Managers should be creative individuals with fantastic interpersonal skills. They must be proactive extremely motivated and possess strong leadership skills. Candidate needs to be
forward-thinking to anticipate the current/future marketing and branding trends within the same industry. In order to successfully translate a brand’s strategy or story into marketing collateral and advertising campaigns, a candidate needs to successfully collaborate with creative teams that can include web and graphic designers, copywriters, and video production crews. Someone who could direct, oversee, and sign off on creative elements to ensure that materials adhere to set guidelines and are in line with the current brand strategy.

professionals.
● Should be skilled at communicating with clients and creative teams through presentations,
compelling copy, and detailed strategy documents and able to clearly explain the reasoning
behind strategic decisions.
● Skilled enough to single handedly manage marketing & communication team
●Should have a very good understanding of Luxury Industry & Client Behavior
●Play an active role in content creation, organizing events and exhibitions
