Client- Five Star Hotel with Large Convention Center; part of a renowned International Hotel Chain with a significant presence in India.
Salary: 12-14 LPA (Following the Industry Standard of % hikes)
Reports to: Director Sales & Marketing
About The Role:
The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Marketing Strategies to promote the hotel's brand, drive revenue, and enhance guest engagement. Your creative ideas and strong communication skills will play a vital role in establishing the Hotel as a preferred destination for both local and international traveler's.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication plans to promote the hotel and its services.
• Create engaging and persuasive content for various marketing collaterals, including brochures, website, social media, advertisements, newsletters, and press releases.
• Manage the hotel's DIGITAL presence, including website content, social media channels, and online advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Revenue Management teams to develop targeted promotional campaigns and packages to drive revenue and occupancy.
• Generate positive media coverage and handle media inquiries.
• Monitor and analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
• Manage the hotel's guest feedback platforms to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Plan and execute events, including press conferences, product launches, and industry trade shows, to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Work closely with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives within budget and timeline.
• Conduct regular performance analysis and report on the effectiveness of marketing communication campaigns.
