Established since 1994, CEC Australia Services is the administration service company for a nationally recognised organisation engaged in policy advocacy, public engagement, and strategic communications across Australia. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Consultant to support the development and execution of targeted marketing strategies that enhance public engagement and organisational outreach.
Position Overview
The Marketing Consultant will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the organisation's initiatives, events, and public messaging. The role requires a strong understanding of market research, digital marketing, and brand positioning within the Australian context.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify target audiences and growth opportunities, preferably within multicultural communities.
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and campaigns
Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives across relevant platforms
Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all communications
Coordinate promotional activities, events, and stakeholder engagement initiatives
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing strategies with organisational objectives
Prepare reports on marketing outcomes and return on investment
Skills and Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; or at least 5 years of relevant professional experience
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
Strong analytical skills and experience in market research and campaign evaluation
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Additional Requirements
Position is based in Sydney and requires on-site attendance.
Some travel to Melbourne will be required from time to time.
Full-time role (38 hours per week)

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
