We’re a female-focused startup building a community-driven platform centred around experiences, giveaways, and meaningful impact. From travel experiences to brand collaborations and charity initiatives, we’re creating something exciting, and we’re looking for the right person to help bring it to life online. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands what makes content hit, and wants to be part of building a brand from the ground up.
About the Role
You’ll work closely with the founder to plan, create, and execute content across our social platforms. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, proactive, and tapped into current trends.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with social media strategy and content planning
Brainstorming and executing content ideas that resonate (think TikTok, Reels, short-form video)
Filming and assisting with day-to-day content creation
Basic editing of videos and content
Helping bring creative concepts to life for events, partnerships, and collaborations
About You
You have a strong understanding of social media trends and what performs well (especially short-form video)
You’re creative, organised, and full of ideas
You’re confident behind the camera (or directing content)
You’re studying marketing, communications, or have relevant experience
You’re available part-time or casually and based in Melbourne
