Join our in-house, full-service Marketing team and play a key role in promoting our extensive range of products and services, all designed to help customers grow their businesses worldwide. Through innovative campaigns and strategic initiatives, we bring our brand to life and connect with customers on a global scale. The role of the Marketing Coordination Intern would be to shadow Project Managers to learn the daily tasks of a project manager team.
Key Responsibilities
• Take a lead on creating new systems and processes for our cross-functional fixed teams.
• Help to keep track of key projects by learning to create tasks and blueprints in Stuller’s marketing project management tool.
• Identify opportunities to leverage existing technology to improve processes and support capacity planning.
• Support various projects, including analytics and reporting, ordering products for photography or review, and coordinating meetings.
• Review the web experience to ensure all products are displayed appropriately, providing customers with a seamless shopping experience on Stuller.com.
• Lead a campaign retrospective project from start to finish from creating a survey and ensuring 50% completion rate to developing review presentation.
Basic Qualifications
• Be an undergraduate student majoring in a related area.
• Hold a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Be a junior or senior in college.
Preferred Qualifications
• Possess an interest in job-related areas such as analytics, e-commerce, or technology.
• Have excellent oral, written, and communication/presentation skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
