Job Description
Location: Melbourne or Sydney
We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who enjoys learning, collaborating and making an impact. Reporting to Head of Growth Marketing, you'll support digital marketing, events, CRM and content activity across our A/NZ Growth Marketing team. You'll help keep our systems, data and assets running smoothly so campaigns land with clarity and consistency.
What you'll do
Support event planning and delivery, including logistics, asset readiness and post‑event follow‑up.
Partner across Sales, Sales Ops and Marketing to maintain accurate CRM data, segmentation and reporting.
Contribute to content creation and publishing across web, email, social and other digital channels.
Coordinate content calendars and timelines to keep projects on track.
Help with reporting, optimisation and post‑campaign insights.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners to help deliver integrated campaigns.

Experience and Skills
What you'll bring
Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1–2 years+ experience in marketing, ideally in B2B, tech or financial services.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and comfort working with data and performance metrics.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail and work proactively.
