Job description
Min 6 months experience of sales in building materials. Primary sales, Secondary sales, demand generation and brand promotion. Meeting with direct cx, builders, architects and engineers. Posting will be in all over Tamilnadu.Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Market Research
• Identify potential clients or customer segments through market research, online tools, social media, databases, and industry directories.
• Gather and analyze data on market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Generate and qualify marketing leads through inbound inquiries, outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team to pursue.
2. Marketing Campaign Support
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms.
• Assist in creating marketing content such as email newsletters, landing pages, product brochures, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and digital marketers to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
• Track campaign performance and provide reports and feedback to optimize future initiatives.
3. Customer Relationship Building
• Conduct outreach activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social media messaging to engage with prospects.
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and digital campaigns.
• Schedule meetings or product demos between qualified leads and the sales/business development team.
• Build long-term relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored marketing materials or product information.
4. CRM and Database Management
• Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, contacts, and customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Segment and manage contact lists for targeted marketing efforts.
• Track engagement metrics such as email opens, click-through rates, and response rates to refine outreach strategies.
5. Event Participation and Coordination
• Support planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, exhibitions, or webinars.
• Coordinate logistics, prepare marketing kits, and ensure branding consistency across all touchpoints.
• Represent the company at industry events and assist in gathering customer feedback and market insights.
6. Reporting and Analysis
• Prepare regular reports on lead generation performance, campaign effectiveness, and conversion metrics.
• Analyze data to measure return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives.
• Recommend improvements based on insights from past campaigns and customer feedback.
