Roles and Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing marketing campaigns and strategies to promote the company's products or services.
- Conducting market research and analyzing trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative briefs and promotional materials.
- Managing and executing social media campaigns, including content creation and scheduling.
- Coordinating with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing activities.
- Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making recommendations for future improvements.
- Creating and managing email campaigns, including list management, copywriting, and scheduling.
- Maintaining and updating the company's website with relevant content and information.
- Managing and tracking marketing budgets and expenses.
- Providing support to the sales team by creating sales collateral and presentations.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics software.
- Knowledge of social media marketing best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with content creation and copywriting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus.
- Ability to travel for events and conferences as needed
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
