Job Overview
Location: Dahisar East, Mumbai
Work Mode: Full time
Experience: 1 year +
We are looking for a versatile, young and energetic Marketing Professional to join our fast-growing jewelry digitization company. At The CAD Co., marketing is about understanding customers and building awareness about how our services can satisfy their needs. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, including day to day marketing activities, as well as long term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.
What you will do
• Develop and implement marketing strategies from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration externally.
• Analyze customer insights, market analysis, and marketing best practices based on the target audience.
• Manage content by working in partnership with the internal graphics team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
• Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
• Independently handling BTL, from planning till execution
• Creating a Social media calendar in collaboration with the external agencies based on past records and analytical results.

● Min 1 year of work experience in Marketing.
Reporting
● The Marketing Executive will directly report to the Founder.
