The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.

Responsibilities

Social Media:

• Design creative’s using Canva for Malaka Spice cloud kitchen brands and other sister brands.

• Post the creative’s with creative copy.

• Boosting posts on Facebook and Instagram.

• Interacting with online groups for initiating discussions.

• Conceptualizing, coordinating with partners for execution and making social media posts.

Coordination:

• Coordinate with the printer for marketing collaterals.

• Coordinate with Managers for collateral requirements.

• Coordinate with the social media agency for creatives and send creative briefs.

• Conceptualizing marketing campaign for Internal / External communication.

• Collating data (content for copy & images)from available resources for the marketing campaigns.

• Coordinating with our in house team & partners for execution of marketing campaigns.

Events:

• Help in coordinating online workshops as well as events at the restaurant.

• Marketing the events to database through SMS blast, emailers, whatsapp broadcasts etc.

Guest Engagement:

• Respond to guest reviews on Zomato, Google, Trip Advisor and other social media pages.

Other Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the marketing manager to carry out all required activities.

• Work closely with the Chiranjeev Gurukul team and assist them with various marketing initiatives

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
• Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
