Position: Marketing Executive
Experience: 0 to 1 Years Experience in B2B Sales or Marketing
Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA - Marketing
Location: Pune
Responsibilities:
Job in the construction field.
Candidate task would be to travel all over Pune and find under construction sites and introduce our company and at a later stage report the requirement to his immediate Senior daily.
Manufacturing is at chakan and Reporting of the candidate would be at chakan. Candidates from the PMC area can report 2-3 days in a week.
Candidates Experienced from Real estate for 6months-1 yr can apply
Generating new enquiries by meeting architects ,consultants ,cold calling ,scouting
Taking appointments and meeting the builder's procurement and planning team.
Visit the site and take measurements and check feasibility.
Collecting AutoCAD drawing of car parking.
Knowing the exact requirement of the client.
Providing solutions as per proposed layout by architect or giving best solution to match customer requirement.
Proposing quotation.
Making customers visit our project & physically see our product quality.
Negotiation & Closing order
Execution of project with installation team
• Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign
• Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy
• Develop content of marketing campaigns
• Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends
• Manage and allocate budget correctly
