We are Hiring Marketing Executive (Civil Construction) for Ultra Luxurious Interiors Company Location- Virudhunagar Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company sales targets. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, customer segments, and product offerings. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including architects, builders, contractors, and distributors. • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, and adjust sales strategies accordingly. • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients. • **Marketing Strategy and Implementation:** • Plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote AAC blocks, utilizing digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional marketing channels. • Develop and manage content for marketing materials, including brochures, product sheets, website, and social media platforms. • Coordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. • Collaborate with the design and production teams to create effective promotional materials and advertisements. • **Customer Relationship Management:** • Provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support to clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback. • Maintain an up-to-date customer database, track sales activities, and manage sales pipelines using CRM software. • Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve products, services, and customer satisfaction. • **Reporting and Analysis:** • Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities, performance metrics, and market trends. • Analyze sales data to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for future Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the construction materials or manufacturing industry. • Strong understanding of AAC blocks and their applications in construction. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach. • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
