This is an outstanding opportunity to join a rapidly expanding global medical device manufacturer at our state-of-the-art headquarters in Manor Royal, Crawley.
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the development of various communication initiatives, including events, content marketing, digital campaigns, branding, and marketing strategies.
Your passion for marketing will help elevate our online presence by engaging with the stoma community and creating compelling content that resonates with our target audience across all digital platforms.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
As a member of the Marketing Communications team at Welland, your role will involve the following key areas:
• Enhance our brand presence through social networks, media, blogs, and newsletters, ensuring all activities align with brand guidelines.
• Create and publish engaging and relevant content, including social media posts, blog articles, tweets, and interactive online messaging.
• Maintain and update the external website as needed and generate reports as required.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and third-party agencies to design and produce campaign materials tailored for online audiences.
• Assist in the pre-promotion of tradeshows, exhibitions, seminars, and other events.
• Develop and update newsletters for existing clients, working closely with the sales and consultancy teams to gather, organize, and publish content.
• Partner with the Sales and Marketing teams to collect success stories and case studies. Interview clients, transcribe details, and draft content for review.
• Support the management of our internal webpage and assist Global Partners with resource access and utilization.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to achieve company goals and KPIs.
• Ensure adherence to all regulations and specifications within the medical device industry.
About You:
• Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field.
• Proven track record in managing marketing campaigns and communication activities, with knowledge of both print and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with creating website content and understanding of SEO principles is preferred.
• Experience with Adobe software (InDesign, Photoshop) is an advantage but not essential.
• Ideally experienced in online analytics and SEO.
• Strong eye for detail and high-quality standards.
• Excellent writing skills, particularly for digital channels, with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capability to manage tight deadlines.
