Job Description
The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker with a go-getter attitude. They will be able
to execute a marketing strategy along with the brand's aesthetics that will effectively reach the target
audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process and work to critique and
improve its outcomes.
Actively prospect, generate leads through various networks, build weekly/monthly pipelines,
prepare sales forecasts, and adjust BD strategies to meet changing markets and competitive
conditions.
ï'· Work under the Marketing Manager to meet the department's and the organization's goals
ï'· Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
ï'· Contact new and existing customers base to discuss their requirements. Increase revenue by
bringing in new clientele and converting the leads into sales.
ï'· In charge of increasing brand awareness through on-site, face-to-face interactions with the
customers.
ï'· Should have knowledge of planning and execution of brand promotions and brand campaigns
ï'· Should have knowledge of creating POs, Billing, etc.
ï'· Provide consumers with useful information about products and services offered by the
company.
ï'· Competition Tracking and Maintaining the Marketing MIS reports.
Requirements
ï'· Proven experience as a marketing executive or similar role
ï'· Excellent communication skills and networking ability.
ï'· Adaptable to changes and ability to manage multiple projects.
ï'· Commercial consciousness and a good understanding of the product and inventory.
ï'· Answer product-related questions over the phone or in person. Handle cold calls and turn
them into warm sales.
ï'· Language proficiency:
English, Telugu, and Hindi
