Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with Dealerships, DSAs and customers.
Undertake Regular Field visits.
Assist customers with loan applications, documentation and explaining the company policies and other mandatory information.
Follow up on leads, inquiries and documentation to ensure timely processing.
Make sure all the work is being done as per mandatory compliance, policies and regulatory requirements.
Ensure all documentation work is properly done and files are ready.
Update and maintain MIS.
Coordinate with Credit and Operations Team for timely approvals and disbursement.
Provide good customer service throughout the process.
Any other related work.
Preferred candidate profile :Freshers/ Experienced with good sales skills, if already worked in Vehicle Finance Business (CV, SCV, Passenger Cars, Used cars etc) will be an advantage.
