Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Support the execution of specific initiatives, ensuring timely action in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and program owner direction.
Maintain the Consumer Marketing’s team operating rhythm documentation, key assignments, decisions, and deliverables.
Ensure team action items and priorities are captured and assigned within project.
Managing marketing deliverables, asset production, and ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget as well as coordinating logistics for sending print materials and organising in-store marketing pieces/liaising with printers
Meeting and Event Planning:
Plan and support marketing leadership team meetings, internal events, and town halls. Coordinate gathering inputs, preparing agendas and speakers, logistics (e.g., meeting venue selection , travel arrangements, catering, and on-site coordination).
Take detailed meeting minutes, capturing key discussions, decisions, and action items for follow-up.
Deliver all event and trade collateral in a timely manner
S upport and coordinate both internal and external events, including but not limited to trade conferences, product training sessions, service days, launch events, internal meetings, off- sites and sales conferences.
Support and coordination of owned store local area marketing initatives
Operations Support:
Maintain the ANZ Consumer Marketing calendar with all updates
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and collaboration within Consumer Marketing Team operations.
Assist and collaborate with the Consumer Marketing team to deliver on store rebrands and acquisition stores
Administration:
Provide administrative support to the Marketing Leadership Team, including calendar management.
Track budget invoices and payments, and vendor contracts to ensure accurate financial management .
C ompliance - creating the T&Cs for all promos, liaising with Legal, Medical (Label review), tracking approvals and actioning feedback promptly
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Required:
1-2 years of experience in coordinator roles with project management and executive assistant responsibilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Proven ability to work with senior leaders and handle confidential information with discretion.
High level of initiative, adaptability, and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
