Responsibilities:
• Monitor Shopify for order conversion
• Coordinate with the team, keep brand website updated
• Coordinate with the team for product collection and offer
• Overlook and upload product images
• Coordinate with the team for changes in website content and e-commerce sheets
• Coordinate with the team for new email drafts and newsletters
• Cross-check website for errors and banner changes
• Prepare reports and analytics for the team
• Handle customer email replies and order cancellations
• Discuss and coordinate with the team for shipping policies

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
