We are looking for a results-driven analyst to assist with all things operations including actively seeking out and engaging potential customers for our company's products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers
• Identify and research potential customers and target accounts
• Contact and qualify leads through email, social media, and other sales outreach methods
• Negotiate and close deals with customers to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure the best possible service for customers
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• High degree of self-motivation and drive
• Proven track record of B2B sales success and meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and strategies
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
• Commuting to Mahalaxmi/Lower Parel
