• Marketing Executive - (Social Media Strategy and Operations)
JOB Overview:
• Channel the marketing function for on boarding clients and
• smooth execution of the virtual events,with end-to-end operations.
• work closely with both marketing and sales teams, to lead, manage the event operations of ‘Virtual Races.’
The applicant must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams and a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
Marketing Responsibilities Include:
• ● Working with marketing team to develop and implement social media /integrated marketing strategy to ensure our targets for the region are met as per deadlines
• ● Primarily responsible to lead and prepare proposal decks and sales documents for prospective clients.
• Sales documents include:
• ● Generic and customised presentations
• ● Questionnaires (to receive client feedback for creating proposals)
• ● Ideation documents
• ● Create detailed engagement calendars for all virtual races including engagement and fulfillment
• strategy
• ● Support and assist on all Marketing Research
• ● Create interactive and engaging content for Company APP and social media channels, as well as prospective client’s social media channels, that will be shared by influencers
• ● lead creating end to end content marketing material - Ideation, Creation and Execution
• ● Draft and Supervise communications, and content for blog website, and social media
• ● Relationship building with our online community by maintaining Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn,
• and other media accounts.
• ● lead the team in planning, organising, and executing on-ground events
Operations Responsibilities Include:
• ● Day to day management of the marketing support and marketing function
• ● Lead smooth execution of the virtual race with end-to-end operations
• ● Ensure all activities pertaining to the virtual event are carried out on time
• ● Prepare reports on excel and present them in a creative manner
• ● Client servicing support
• ● Test the website and app and provide feedback.
Background/Experience Required:
• ● 3months - 2years preferably
• ● Excellent proficiency in MS PowerPoint
• ● Previous work experience into Marketing and/or Operations responsibility
• ● Agency experience/Content management experience preferable
• ● Proactive in ideating new content/community engagement/social media ideas
• ● Ability to work in a team environment
• ● Excellent communication and people skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional
• teams, and third parties.
• ● The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
• ● Ability to meet tight deadlines and have eye for details
• ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in sports marketing or equivalent experience.

• Work week- Monday to Friday with Saturdays as half day

Salary: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
