Role Details
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager – Premium & Sparkling, the Marketing Coordinator supports the Brand team in delivering the regional marketing agenda across the full marketing mix.
The role will support the execution of brand and business plans that deliver against strategic priorities and growth targets across the ANZ region.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Activation Support
Support the delivery of activation plans, annual brand plans and integrated marketing activity
Assist with brand performance reviews, competitor monitoring and insight development
Help commercialise NPD, including sell‑in materials, launch plans and go‑to‑market execution
Maintain brand assets and portfolio information, including tasting notes
Prepare high‑quality internal and customer‑facing presentations, including range review decks
Brand Administration & Coordination
Manage sample ordering for bulk requests across the ANZ marketing team
Own key brand support tasks such as SKU photography, SKU libraries and portfolio materials
Support A&P budget management, including raising purchase orders and receipting invoices
About You
1-2 years’ experience in a consumer goods or FMCG environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (highly desirable).
Ability to support the preparation and delivery of effective presentations.
Ability to analyse and interpret key brand data, including sales, share, and consumer insights.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Strong planning and project coordination skills, with the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously and manage competing deadlines.
Strong organisational and time management skills.

This position is based in our Sydney office with hybrid working (3 days from office, 2 from home). Some business travel and occasional out of hours calls will be required
