Job Description
- B2B Lead Generation: Spearhead B2B lead generation through LinkedIn marketing, LinkedIn messaging, and targeted campaign management, focusing on strategic, data-driven approaches to attract corporate clients.
- Brand Building: Establish and grow our B2B brand in the corporate training and LMS markets, positioning us as a trusted industry leader.
- Performance Marketing: Develop, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns on channels like Google Ads and LinkedIn, with a focus on ROI-driven outcomes.
- SEO & Content Strategy: Oversee SEO and content strategies to ensure high-ranking, relevant content for lead generation and brand visibility.
- Content & Collaterals Creation: Strategize and create marketing assets like collaterals, ads, and videos for roadshows and campaigns to support lead-gen and brand-building goals.
- Thought Leadership & Influencer Marketing: Drive thought leadership initiatives on LinkedIn, including influencer partnerships, to boost brand authority and visibility.
- Hyper-Personalized Email Campaigns: Implement targeted email marketing with industry-specific case studies to engage and convert leads effectively.
- Gamification & Interactive Demos: Lead the team or agency in creating gamified and interactive demo videos to enhance user engagement and streamline the sales journey.
- Modern AI Tools Utilization: Leverage AI tools for advanced analytics, targeting, and campaign personalization to increase effectiveness and ROI.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of 2-4 in design, content, and website management; collaborate with a B2C marketing expert as needed..
Qualifications
- Experience: Primary 3 -5 years in performance marketing, with a focus on B2B lead generation and brand building in corporate training, SaaS, additionally Study Abroad (B2C)
- Skills: Strong knowledge of SEO, LinkedIn marketing, Google Analytics, content marketing, PPC, AI-driven tools, and hyper-personalized marketing techniques.
- Creativity & Strategy: Proven experience in strategizing and executing impactful, innovative marketing campaigns with a data-driven, creative approach.
- Leadership: Experience managing a team, with the ability to drive collaborative projects and manage external agencies when necessary.
