Job Description
• End-to-end ownership of complete inbound marketing (organic and paid)
• Developing and executing online and offline campaigns, including gamification, digital marketing, on-ground activation, etc. to drive traffic to digital channels
• Oversee all customer acquisition and engagement marketing campaigns (e.g., paid campaigns, push, email, re-engagement, SEO etc.)
• Suggest and onboard new acquisition channels (other than Google and Facebook)
• Leverage data to understand user conversion funnels, and cohort behavior to design experiments that will improve users behavior or reduce churn.
• Define Go to Market Strategy and drive it till the execution with appropriate budgeting & resources
Requirements
• 2-5 years in an organic/paid marketing/growth/user acquisition role (preferably at an E-commerce, marketplace, real estate company)
• Proven track record of managing marketing activities, referral programs, and running experiments
• Proven track record of driving significant growth in key metrics
• In-depth understanding of the complex marketplace marketing ecosystem
• Operational knowledge of the best tools/solutions to accelerate growth, such as: Google Analytics, MixPanel, Amplitude, Google Search Console etc.
• Growth hacking mentality: Product led, data-driven, highly creative
• Previous significant experience in leading teams, impactful prioritization of marketing activities, onboarding, and educating others on best practices
