This role sits within the research department at OMD, in the Marketing Intelligence team. The Marketing Intelligence team is split into two functions, Cognitive Intelligence (quantitative and qualitative research) and Online Intelligence.

This person will be working across both online intelligence and consumer intelligence, including assisting on projects, data analysis and report preparation all with support, coaching and mentoring from more senior researchers.
You will be play an important role in the delivery of the teams Performance with Integrity ambition across OMD's broad range of clients. As you start to grow in this role, you will start to interact with clients and gradually, under guidance, take on end-end projects by yourself. You can see yourself grow immensely within this role.
What you'll need:
A curious mind and genuine passion for understanding consumers, brands and categories through research
Strong attention to detail and highly analytical
Flexibility and the ability to work across various projects, clients, and industries
Good knowledge of the MS office suite: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, statistical software Q
Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, social listening tool Brandwatch
Tertiary qualification in marketing, psychology, economics, statistics or any business or science degree that has an analytical and statistical focus (ideally not required)
