As we grow, we're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development & Marketing Manager who can help us expand our customer base, build relationships with local doctors, and drive prescription referrals.
Job Description: We’re seeking a results-oriented marketer who can leverage their network and expertise to bring in new business for our pharmacy. The ideal candidate will have strong connections with local healthcare providers (doctors, clinics, and hospitals) and a proven ability to develop strategic partnerships to generate prescription referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with local doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers to drive prescription referrals.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our pharmacy services and build brand awareness in the community.
Identify opportunities to expand our customer base by offering value-added services and educational materials to doctors and their patients.
Monitor and report on marketing campaign effectiveness and adapt strategies to meet business goals.
Manage marketing materials (brochures, flyers, online content) to keep healthcare providers informed about our services.
Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless communication and customer experience for patients.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing, business development, or sales, preferably in the healthcare or pharmacy industry.
Strong existing relationships with local doctors, clinics, and medical professionals.
Experience in generating business through B2B marketing and building partnerships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Self-starter with a creative approach to marketing and problem-solving.
Understanding of the pharmacy industry and its regulatory landscape is a plus.
