About the role
• You will be the driving force behind our marketing endeavors, shaping our brand identity, messaging, social media, visuals, and promotions.
• You will build and manage the marketing team and drive content creation that gains solid traction and helps transform our efforts into real numbers
• You will drive all brand campaigns, influencer collabs, and partnerships and get the right PR for the brand single-handedly
• This role is based out of our cozy little office in Kurla East Mumbai
What we’re looking for
• 2-3 years of prior experience in building solid brands & executing successful marketing campaigns that went viral
• Strong content writing skills for various forms (short or long)
• Expertise in executing multi-channel performance campaigns on various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google etc.
• Creative, analytical, and metrics-driven with quick execution skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, able to meet deadlines effectively
• Solid experience in marketing communications and media plans in partnership with agencies, cross-functional teams, and external partners
