SR SEATING PRIVATE LIMITED Job Description: Marketing Manager Location: Maharashtra Reporting Manager: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Roles & Responsibilities: � Generate new leads, follow-up and closure of leads. � Travel to client�s place. � Maintaining relationship with clients. � Meeting new people and attending social / network gatherings to improve their reach. � Negotiating with clients to get best price. � Understanding the product completely so that the same can be conveyed to the clients. � Coming up with the new techniques to generate new leads. � Update and maintain customer database. � Discuss new business strategies with the management and implement them. � Daily, weekly and monthly reporting. � Update on leads and difficulties faced to be shared with the management. � Expense report and expense forecast to be shared along with supporting documents. � Conduct market competitive analysis and update the management. � Making strategies to reach the targets and goals set by the company. � Improving reach of the company by popularising the brand and USP�s. � Update the CRM on daily basis. � Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services. � Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences. � Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively. � Lead a team of marketing professionals and provide guidance and support. � Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. � Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing plan. � Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and increase revenue. � Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and best practices and implement them as appropriate. � Analyse and optimize website traffic and user behaviour to improve conversion rates. � Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively � Lead a team of digital marketing professionals and provide guidance and support. � Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Skills & Requirements: � Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. � Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing and Business Development, with at least 2 years in a management role. � Proven track record of creating successful marketing campaigns. � Excellent communication and leadership skills. � Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. � Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively. � Knowledge of marketing trends and best practices. � In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
