:
• Take ownership of pipeline creation and meet monthly and quarterly MQL targets
• Plan Marketing Budget across award participations & paid campaigns if any.
• Build, execute, and optimize campaigns with different objectives: Demand Gen, Client Engagement, Branding, etc.
• Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance
• Ensure best practices are implemented on the company’s website & social media handles as per the brand’s requirements
• Manage the marketing & pre-sales team & work toward enhancing their individual growth
• Collaborate with the Product marketing/Sales Team to build programs that support sales enablement
• Work closely with internal team members, our partners, and the creative team to implement in-house & comarketing initiatives including hosting podcasts, moderating online webinars & fireside chats
• Understand the company’s target audience and build ABM strategies to acquire enterprise accounts.
• Build strong relationships with Regional & Global Stakeholders
Qualifications:
• Marketing & Demand Generation Experience, preferably in a B2B Industry
• Attention to detail and exceptional follow-through within a fast-paced environment.
• Precise organizational skills and ability to manage multiple objectives at once.
• Prior experience of having managed a team of 3+ members.
• In-depth knowledge of the modern B2B SaaS landscape and the latest techniques in Inbound & Outbound Marketing
• Exceptional communication and writing skills. Able to write tight, targeted copy for campaigns and present hypotheses and results to sales and leadership teams
• Experience with web content strategy, customer pathing, paid media, owned media, brand building, testing, and analytics
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio & Project Management Tools like Microsoft Planner/Trello
