Job Description for Marketing:
• Marketing Plan - Development of Annual Promotions & events including budgets and brand strategy in line with the marketing objective. Lead branding, product and communication efforts of individual brands under the larger group umbrella.
• Media Buying - Media Buying to promote the magazines
• Managing Brand Equity - Work closely with advertising sales, editorial teams and promotional agencies to establish and ensure a continuity of positioning, brand values and message across communication. Taking brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and translating brand strategies into revenue-oriented plans with key clients.
• Circulation & Subscriptions - To Increase circulation and subscription of the publications and monitoring newsstand sales trends. Make comprehensive annual proposals to cater to the clients’ marketing needs – across print, digital and events.
• Advertising & Events - Brief and liaise with advertising and event agencies on the conceptualization, creation, production and execution of all related activities and monitor effectiveness.
• Managing ATL & BTL activities - Conceptualizing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (ATL/BTL & digital) and its execution to directly accelerate revenue growth (specific to clients). Connecting with the ad agencies, PR and vendors to effectively plan ATL & BTL activities for any product launch or for any event.
• Financial - Monitor and control financial aspects of all marketing activities with the objective of maintaining the bottom line and budget.
• Market Research - Setting up the research objective. Identify the information gaps and commission research accordingly.
Designation & Remuneration - This would be discussed based on the current designation & experience of the candidate.
Job Location: Sewri (West), Mumbai - 400 015. (5 minutes walking distance from Sewri Station & Sewri Bus Depot.)
Office Timings: +.30 am to 6.30 pm (Saturday-Sunday Holiday; However, in a month at least 1 Saturday is a working day
