JOB TITLE/HEADLINE: Marketing Manager
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time, permanent.
REPORTING TO: Head of Marketing
LOCATION: Andheri, Mumbai
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our products/services and enhance our brand awareness. This individual will be responsible for managing the marketing team and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
•Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products/services and enhance brand awareness.
• Lead the marketing team and provide direction, guidance, and support to ensure the team meets performance objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and operations to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, customer needs, and competitive trends to inform marketing strategies.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, social media, search engine marketing, and display advertising.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are executed within budget.
• Measure and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Work with external agencies and vendors to develop and execute marketing campaigns. • Monitor industry trends and innovations to identify opportunities to enhance our marketing strategies.
• Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the company's brand standards.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on marketing performance, ROI, and market trends.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Experience in digital marketing including email marketing, social media, search engine marketing, and display advertising.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations.
