Roles And Responsibilities
Devise campaigns across all organic channels such as Social, Inbound, YouTube etc from content creation, design, media planning, and execution to drive brand awareness & customer acquisition.
Be the Brand Custodian, deciding how the brand appears, what attributes it should possess, and how the brand speaks to the consumers.
Responsible for Marketing Automation on Email, SMS, WhatsApp and In-App notifications
Create riveting concepts and write copy for Campaigns and Marketing Collaterals
Responsible for Online Reputation Management i.e.Monitoring and reviewing user comments, suggestions, feedback and complaints across social media platforms such as LinkedIn, FB, IG, Quoraetc
Responsible for Google Analytics and providing insights to increase website traffic.
Follow deadlines, communicate with stakeholders, and carry out other project management responsibilities.
Ensure all marketing assets are on-brand and aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
Organize and execute Networking Events and Webinars for clients.
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and website updates.
Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Candidate Is Expected To Have
Prior experience of working in a similar role (preferably in a Marketing Agency or Insurance Company/Broker) for at least 3-6 years
Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated ability in producing original content/copy for articles and creatives.
Solid experience, insights, and firm grasp on all aspects of Digital & Traditional Marketing
Strong Project Management skills including demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Outstanding communication skills, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Good to have : Basic Graphic Design Skills and experience with Canva
