About the Job
We’re looking for a highly driven and hands-on Marketing Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible to enhance and manage our company's digital presence across various channels also it will include execution of our digital marketing strategy, working closely with external agencies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Also, he/she should be highly skilled in strategic thinking, hands-on execution, strong project management skills, and should have a keen understanding of digital marketing trends.
Responsibilities:
• Implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social, email, display) with agencies, ensuring alignment with objectives and monitoring KPIs.
• Will be a primary contact for digital marketing agencies, managing relationships, defining scopes, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Coordinate digital content creation and distribution and oversee website management with agencies for SEO and user experience.
• Analyse digital marketing data, report on performance to stakeholders, and conduct A/B testing for continuous optimization.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and conduct competitive analysis.
Qualification and Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on managing digital presence and working with external agencies.
• Proven experience in executing and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital channels (SEO, SEM, social media, Email Marketing).
• Strong understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of content strategy and development.
