This role is responsible for developing, establishing and maintaining marketing and sales strategies to meet Australia Venue Co. and venue objectives. You will also be responsible for ensuring the effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of our venues as well as assist and support both the operations team and Venue Managers in the execution of marketing and sales strategies for all venues in order to maximise profitability.
The successful candidate must have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and manage a demanding workload. They will exhibit both technical and functional excellence, consistently upholding company values while striving to achieve high standards of sales performance and customer service.

What do we need from you?
Minimum two years’ experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing and sales strategies with strong financial acumen
Technical marketing and sales skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong copy writing skills
Strong understanding of how social media works in the context of marketing and the ability to drive social media and digital marketing
Ability to establish effective working relationships and provide excellent customer service
Strong time management, planning and organisational skills
Problem analysis and solving skills
Ability to multitask various responsibilities and projects
Proven experience in customer and market research
Experience managing budgets and financial statement
Salary negotiation $70k- $90k depending on experience.
