Key Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for multiple residential and commercial projects Branding & Communication: Brand building, activation & brand sustenance Work closely with Creative Agency in driving the strategies, creating storyboardsand concepts for digital marketing, collaterals development, print, and outdoorcampaigns Build concepts, themes, marketing strategy to reach the targeted audience Coordinating, developing the creative brief and analysing content Developing, creating & executing relevant branding throughout to ensure maximumvisibility Collateral management (Brochures, Ebrochures, Opp Docs, Gifts etc.)
Site Branding Planning as per requirements Planning & Lead Gen:
Planning for the optimum options of ATL, BTL and Digital Mediums as per the budgetto ensure max quality lead generation Budgeting: Prepare Annual Marketing Budgets Cost budgeting & allocation as per targets Evaluate marketing Budgets periodically and ensure adherence to the plannedexpenses Agency &
Vendor Management:
Select right marketing vendors, agencies, social media partners who will help in executingmarketing plans Creative, Outdoor, Event, Printing, Media etc Vendor negotiation Managing the existing pool & setting up a fresh network of vendors Creating, maintaining & tracking Purchase Requisitions &
Work Orders Reporting:
Campaign analysis leads, walk-ins, bookings, ROI Management reports & presentations Research: Market research & trend analysis
