• Analyze data to measure the success of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Build and manage a team of marketing professionals.
• Work closely with other teams within the company, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the company's overall goals.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
We are looking for someone who:
• Engineering graduate with a master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Has 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing in the IT industry, with a minimum of 2 years of team management experience.
• Has a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing initiatives.
• Is an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
• Is analytical and data-driven with a proven ability to extract insights from data.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO and SEM, digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Is able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Is proficient in marketing analytics tools and software.
• Is passionate about making a difference in the world through technology.
