About the Company

Merchandising Manager, Retail MarketingThis role is a strategic, individual contributor position reporting to the VP of Retail Marketing. It focuses on the end-to-end execution of point-of-purchase (POP) programs, planogram standards, and trade show operations. The core of this position is process leadership—managing complex timelines and global cross-functional stakeholders (particularly in China) to ensure retail initiatives launch accurately and on time.

About the Role

This role is a strategic, individual contributor position reporting to the VP of Retail Marketing. It focuses on the end-to-end execution of point-of-purchase (POP) programs, planogram standards, and trade show operations.

Responsibilities
• Strategic Execution: Developing cost-effective POP programs and managing the full lifecycle of retailer-exclusive packaging and item changes.
• Planogram Management: Leading planogram strategy and maintaining standards for key accounts using Blue Yonder Space Planning software.
• Global Coordination: Acting as the primary liaison between U.S. teams (Marketing, Sales, Graphics) and international manufacturing partners to provide clear technical specifications.
• Financial Oversight: Managing project budgets, securing spend approvals, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Project Discipline: Tracking a high-volume pipeline of concurrent SKUs, ensuring that 90%+ of assignments meet or beat deadlines.

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field.

Required Skills
• Technical Skills: Required: Blue Yonder Space Planning (formerly JDA); High proficiency in MS Office.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional time management, 3D merchandising understanding, and professional ownership.
• Communication: Strong written skills for global specifications; ability to manage vendors and international partners.
