You will also assist with some administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective social media strategies for all JB Alliance Group businesses.- Create engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and blogs, tailored to each brand.- Manage and grow our social media profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies accordingly.- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages promptly.- Coordinate online marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to boost brand awareness and sales.- Utilize email marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, and SMS marketing to enhance our digital presence.- Manage online directories and review sites like Google My Business, Yelp, and TripAdvisor.- Perform administrative duties as needed, such as scheduling posts, managing email campaigns, and updating website content.- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent branding and messaging.- Develop, manage, and update websites using PHP and other web development tools.- Competitor digital marketing study- Support Accounting and Admin Team- Website and Webpage designingRequirements:- Graphic design and video editing skills.- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and trends.- Solid knowledge of SEO, Keyword research and Google- Strong creative and communication skills.- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.- Experience with social media analytics tools.- Proficiency in PHP and experience with website creation and management.- A proactive, positive, and collaborative attitude.- You will be working from home as a contractor.- You need your own 3-screen PC and a proper desk setup in a quiet environment.- Your everyday work and screen timing will be monitored through AI software for performance monitoring and productivity.Perks and Benefits:- Work from home with early star and early finish.
