Drive Growth Through Insightful, Data-Driven Marketing Execution
As Marketing Program Manager at CPA Ontario, you will lead the execution of integrated campaigns that support strategic business goals. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll manage the full marketing lifecycle—from brief to performance analysis—driving product marketing, segmentation, and lifecycle initiatives that enhance engagement and revenue. With a focus on personalization and data-driven strategy, you’ll combine cross-functional collaboration with hands-on execution to elevate the member and customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, from strategy through execution, ensuring on-brand delivery and measurable results.
Managing the creation of compelling content for digital platforms including email, website, social media, and event collateral, in collaboration with internal and external teams.
Leveraging Data – Utilizing Power BI and data analytics to build dashboards, track KPIs, and uncover insights that inform marketing decisions and optimize performance.
Analyzing performance metrics and marketing data to inform segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle engagement strategies.
Streamlining workflows and project coordination to increase efficiency, consistency, and speed to market, while ensuring alignment with stakeholders and timelines.
Contributing to the planning, execution, and promotion of key in-person and virtual events to enhance brand engagement and member value.
Who You Are:
A post-secondary graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strategic marketer with 4+ years of experience in integrated campaign management, with strengths in product marketing, personalization, segmentation, and lifecycle engagement.
Skilled communicator with the ability to craft compelling content and collaborate across teams to deliver brand-aligned messaging.
Proficient in using CRM platforms, email automation tools, and analytics software to drive performance and optimize campaigns.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
