We are looking for a Pilot—someone who can take the high-level vision of our leadership and translate it into market-dominating execution.
This isn’t a role for a spectator. You will lead our marketing operations across the eXp Realty ecosystem, ensuring our brand remains the gold standard in Canadian real estate.

We don't micro-manage; we expect you to own the "how," navigate roadblocks independently, and bring finished, high-performing campaigns to the finish line with precision.
Your Primary Flight Plan
Campaign Command: Lead the end-to-end creative workflow—from high-conversion lead funnels to national brand campaigns—ensuring every touchpoint reflects our #1 status.
Performance Marketing: Execute and optimize direct response campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and sophisticated email sequences to maintain our massive lead flow.
The HubSpot Hub: Act as the architect of our HubSpot environment, managing complex automation and database segmentation to boost conversion rates.
AI & Automation Innovation: Proactively build AI agents and automated workflows to keep our team at the cutting edge of real estate technology.
Data-Driven Strategy: Use Google Analytics and CRM data to provide real-time reporting on ROI, pivoting strategies instantly to capture market shifts.
Team Synergy: Act as the central liaison between our creative talent and strategic leadership, ensuring total brand consistency.
