Key responsibilities:
1. Assisting with campaign planning, reels, and influencer collabs.
2. Helping us grow sales via D2C channels, partner stores, and creator outreach.
3. Conducting research on trends, competition, and community behavior.
4. Supporting daily ops like inventory tracking, customer experience, and order flow.
5. Creating dashboards and process hacks to make our messy startup life smoother.
6. Joining strategy chats with the founder and being part of actual decision-making.
