Key Responsibilities 1. SEO Strategy & Implementation Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for B2B services, including keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis. Implement technical SEO optimizations (site architecture, sitemaps, crawlability, mobile-friendliness, core web vitals). Manage on-page SEO elements (meta descriptions, title tags, headings, image alt text). 2. Content Optimization & Performance Collaborate with the content team to optimize existing and new website assets for search engines to deliver MQL targets. Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and HubSpot. Identify opportunities for content expansion and optimization based on SEO trends and performance data, including supporting content publication across channels such as LinkedIn 3. HubSpot Specialization Leverage HubSpot's SEO tools and features to manage and optimize our website and marketing campaigns. Ensure seamless integration of SEO efforts within the HubSpot platform for lead generation and tracking. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with sales and product teams to align SEO efforts with business goals and product launches. Communicate SEO insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Adapt to and manage tasks across multiple time zones to support global marketing initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications We are looking for a proactive and data-driven SEO professional with a strong understanding of the B2B landscape. You will possess: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record in B2B services marketing. Demonstrable experience in delivering MQL targets using website assets. Strong hands-on experience and specialization with HubSpot. Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Search Console). Understanding of technical SEO, including HTML, CSS, and website architecture. Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and collaborate with global teams.
