Eternity Construction Ltd is a well-established construction project management company specialising in residential projects across New Zealand. Due to business growth and increasing demand for project acquisition and brand development, we are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our Auckland team.
Location: Auckland, New Zealand
Employment type: Full-time, permanent
Hourly rate: $30 to $35 depending on experience
Hours per week: Minimum 30 hours
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business growth and project acquisition objectives.
Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms including TradeMe, Google Ads, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, and TikTok.
Create high-quality marketing content, including promotional videos, social media posts, and marketing materials for property developers, contractors, and clients.
Promote the company’s completed and upcoming projects, project management services, and value-added solutions through online and offline channels.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, client needs, and business opportunities.
Organise and coordinate marketing events, client presentations, and industry networking activities.
Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance using relevant tools and analytics..
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in a relevant field such as Marketing, Advertising, OR at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Strong visual communication skills in graphic design, advertising layout, and multimedia content production.
Strong communication and writing skills in English; ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage but not essential.
Prior experience in construction, property, or project-based industries is highly valued.
