Job Description
You will mainly be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and monitoring the overall business marketing strategies and lead our marketing team.
Proactively drive projects and campaigns to achieve the Business goals at the digital level.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy and contribute to the overall growth of the company
• Keep the marketing budget in check
• Track KPIs on a regular basis and present report
• Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns
• Review and manage content marketing strategy
• Monitoring and strategizing social media presence across all digital channels including influencer outreach
• Optimize lead nurturing process through content, social media channels and email
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies and other vendor partners to create and optimize user experience on product platforms
• Activate and analyse partner marketing for brand visibility and user acquisition.
• Conceptualise and execute offline & online events and seminars for visibility and acquisition
3+ years of work experience in digital marketing, pertaining to market research, data analytics, branding, written communication, and public relations with focus on social media marketing.
• Ability to lead in a constantly evolving environment
• Must be well-versed with digital marketing tools like ZOHO, Firebase, Adwords & Analytics, marketing automation tools, etc
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience working in a startup would be preferred
• Prior Experience in Fintech Industry would be an added advantage
