The Marketing Specialist Associate will assist the Marketing & Sales team in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services. This role involves supporting across various tasks such as market research, content creation, event planning, and analysis of marketing data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to develop and execute marketing campaigns that support business objectives.
• To create and implement social media campaigns in support of strategic objectives that engage and excite our online communities. As part of this, plan ahead using a forward planning content calendar and capture upcoming content from across the wider communications network.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, associations, partners, media houses and analysts to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Manage the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including product videos, case studies, brochures, flyers, presentations and whitepapers.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
• Support the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including SEM, SEO, paid advertising
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and keep up-to-date with industry trends.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
• Develop and maintain email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and A/B testing.
• Manage events, including event planning, logistics, and execution.
• Collaborate with the various agencies
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• Experience scaling online global communities
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, WordPress, Sprinklr, Hubspot
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their use in marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and create reports.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to translate complex messages into accessible and engaging content for online
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges
