Job Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, InDesign and/or Photoshop
• Experience with CRM Database Management is preferred
• Ability to work cooperatively with diverse teams, including regional, department, national, technical managers, and project staff.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
• Conceptualize, research, and produce marketing materials, tenders, social media engagement, email campaigns, and presentations.
• Oversee, edit, and manage ASEC's CRM Database
• Preparing meeting notes, presentations, and tables using Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and other programs.
• Graphic design and photo editing
• Monitoring department deadlines and benchmarks.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing communications, advertising, or a related field
