We are on the hunt for an experienced and passionate Marketing Specialist to join our Growth Marketing team in this permanent position. In this role you will support the Marketing Manager with the delivery of a broad range of acquisition campaigns including offers, partnership campaigns, end-to-end acquisition campaigns, initiatives and sales support across the Consumer Portfolio.
As part of the Medibank Group, we have a huge focus on health and wellbeing. This means flexible working and continuous improvement to our ways of working. This team is currently trialling a + day fortnight, which means putting tools down to focus on something to improve your personal health and wellbeing one day per fortnight.
As Marketing Specialist, you will partner with stakeholders including our legal team, agencies and the wider marketing team to drive acquisition and brand growth for Medibank.
Day to day, this role would see you:
Deciding if your day is best spent working from home or the office. We don’t go for mandated office attendance here at Medibank, but we will need you to come along to team days and events when they’re on.
Managing delivery through creative studio/agency, internal builds, web updates & dispatch of assets to media agencies.
Drawing upon key insights and analysis to develop new campaign strategies and briefs that leverage our platforms and data capabilities.
Helping to drive our email test and learn program, and assisting with integration into our global lead management journeys.
Developing and delivering acquisition support documents, sales tools and collateral.
Taking some time to recharge your batteries and encouraging others to do the same – you might grab a takeaway coffee and head out for a walking one on one with a team member, get to the gym for a lunchtime class or block out calendar time to attend to your childs school assembly.
What about you?
This role would be a perfect match for an experienced, process oriented Specialist looking to grow their career in house with a large organisation - agency experience will be very highly regarded. You will need to have a proven track record in customer acquisition strategy implementation, combined with a genuine passion for data and insights.
We will need you to bring your strong end-to-end campaign delivery experience along with a willingness to learn and get on the tools. You’ll need to be a pro at pivoting – this is a fast paced environment where priorities can change quickly, so you need to be comfortable in running with new approaches. An effective communicator, you will be able to engage with a range of stakeholders to achieve great results for the business. Its essential that you have a keen eye for detail and accuracy too.
