What you’ll do

Community Management: Be the voice of Selfwealth within our active investor communities, fostering discussion and ensuring our brand remains a trusted authority in the market.

Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and our CRM, providing regular reports on what’s working and where we can improve.

Content ownership: Coordinating content across our blog, social media (LinkedIn, X, Instagram), and newsletters.

CRM & Lifecycle Marketing: Execute automated email and push notification journeys that guide users from signing up to their first trade and beyond.

Campaign Coordination: Support the end-to-end delivery of integrated brand and growth campaigns, working closely with the Growth team to provide creative assets and copy.

Compliance Alignment: Ensure all marketing output is high-quality and meets Australian financial services advertising standards (ASIC).

Market Monitoring: Keep a pulse on the Australian fintech landscape, identifying trends and competitor moves that we can leverage for our own growth.

Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of retail and business events that build credibility and excitement for the Selfwealth brand.

What you’ll bring

Must-haves:

3+ years of multi-channel marketing experience: Proven track record in executing end-to-end campaigns across social (LinkedIn, X, Instagram), in-app and CRM channels.

CRM and Lifecycle expertise: Hands-on experience building automated customer journeys (email and push notifications) to drive conversion and long-term user retention.

Event Coordination: Previous experience assisting in the planning and execution of retail or business events to build brand credibility.

Analytical mindset: Proficiency in Google Analytics and CRM reporting to monitor performance, identify trends, and provide actionable optimization insights.

Nice-to-haves:

Fintech or Brokerage background: Prior experience in the Australian fintech landscape or an existing passion for investing and the stock market.

Regulatory literacy (ASIC/AFSL): Deep understanding of Australian financial services advertising standards to ensure all content remains compliant and high-quality.
