Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and results-driven Performance Marketing Ads Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing ad campaigns across various digital channels. This role requires a deep understanding of paid media strategies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to changing market trends.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement performance marketing ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant advertising channels.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to optimize ad targeting and campaign performance.
• Create compelling ad copy and design engaging visual assets to maximize click-through rates (CTRs) and conversions.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, including impressions, click-through rates, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Identify opportunities for campaign optimization, including bid adjustments, ad targeting refinement, and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align performance marketing efforts with broader marketing strategies and business objectives.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging advertising technologies, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Provide recommendations for landing page optimization and user experience enhancements to improve conversion rates.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights to clients regarding campaign performance and optimization strategies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing and optimizing performance marketing ad campaigns, preferably in a digital marketing agency setting.
• In-depth knowledge of various digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive actionable insights and optimization strategies.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or similar platforms to track and measure campaign performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling ad copy and reports.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to changing market trends and technologies.
• Google Ads certifications or other relevant certifications are a plus.
