The Position

We are seeking a highly organised, driven, self-starter to join us on the International Growth team as Marketing Specialist, Campaigns, to implement and execute growth across international markets. This is a dynamic role with a global scope and is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative and open environment!

You are extremely diligent to details, quick-acting, independent, but also able to work through stakeholder requirements with a positive and flexible demeanour. Being organised, ability to handle feedback and 'make-it-work' mentality are critical factors to succeed!

The ideal candidate will be a standout colleague and excellent communicator, effectively partnering with creatives, PR/Communications, B2C and B2B channel marketing, as well as market owners to implement cross-country campaigns. In this role, you will:
• Implement and complete international growth programs and track delivery achievements, ensuring outstanding, smooth execution.
• Collaborate with channel and market owners, PR/Communications teams to execute integrated programs, as needed. Lead on approvals and organisation of paid/organic content & creative including collaborating closely with various teams for feedback and approvals.
• Capture key learnings; develop internal reporting/recaps to showcase the latest and greatest results from marketing campaigns and always-on programs.
• Develop campaign assets–this could include campaign landing page building using internal tools (no coding required), copywriting, copy-editing, formatting, image sourcing, organising translation/localisation.
• Prioritise data with accuracy for use in marketing and PR programs.
• Closely supervise campaign performance, analyse, review and report on the efficiency of campaigns to improve results, including implementing optimisations on active campaigns regularly.
• Able to come up with ideas and solutions quickly when problems and opportunities arise.
• Research and report on competitive and outstanding marketing activities, best practices and use on campaigns, within the competitive landscape.

• 3+ years of marketing experience from a similar position at a top agency or in-house for a consumer tech brand.
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration; comfortable working alongside multi-function and multi-market teams with good presentation skills.
• Detailed-minded, resourceful, and highly organised. High operational focus and experience in hands-on project management.
• Results driven; a motivated, autonomous doer, someone who can complete an assigned program and drive cross-functional teams to successful conclusions.
• Proactive, dedicated, and hardworking. Ability to work against timelines in a fast-paced, high-productivity environment.
• Comfortable with data; ability to process and understand trends and data, able to transform insight into action, and bring new experiment ideas to the table on an ongoing basis.
• Love of the internet, digital and testing, learning, iterating.
• Fluency in English at a native proficiency - fluency in one additional European language is a plus.
