About The Role
Evo Foods is looking for a recently graduated candidate with prior knowledge and understanding of event management and social. The Marketing Associate will work on executing on-field marketing activations (sampling, events, etc.) to drive brand awareness, trials, perception, and loyalty. He/She will ensure structured alignment with the brand's marketing standards, objectives, strategies, and philosophies in all executions.
Job Description
The Marketing Associate will be essential for the execution of all EVO On-Field events. The administration of the brands' marketing philosophies, objectives, and strategies is also covered herein, as well as the execution and post-evaluation of marketing events and programs.
● Event Execution - Execute on-field large/small-scaled events at all levels that are relevant to Evo as a brand & our key targeted consumers. Have to coordinate with a sales, finance, and logistics team to align with the event requirements.
● Cross-Department Assistance - Ensure sales support is the primary goal during any offline activations by working on strategies, enhancing visibility, and fostering a good recall value for the brand. Work closely with the digital team to ensure all initiatives & activities are presented in the best possible manner.
● Digital Initiative - Based on knowledge and understanding of the event help come up with digital and social media initiatives as an integral part of success in field activities. This can be accomplished by developing original social media assets, boosting content through affiliated agencies, and assisting us in increasing the number of impressions on our social media accounts.
● Influencer Marketing - Create buckets of influencers across disciplines and plan collaborations, content, and partnerships with their teams. Working with the allocated budgets for the influencers.
● Brand Partnerships & Relationship Development - Develop & maintain relationships with influencers, brands & people for the key image-building scenes in relevant spheres as well as online & offline collaborations.
● Vendor Management - Maintaining relationships with existing marketing vendors and scouting for new vendors according to the need in the future.

● Achieving quality execution - Ensure the work on the event is planned and organized to meet challenging deadlines and standards of excellence.
● Thinking clearly, deeply, and broadly - Ability to develop clear strategic direction based on organizational needs. Strong ability to prioritize those needs with medium-term planning and short-term tactical delivery.
● Communicating information effectively - Articulate vision and tactical plans in a compelling and persuasive way to ensure activities are aligned with the strategy
● Practising innovation & change - Use creativity to overcome challenges and find improvements to ways of working
● Building collaborative relationships - Develop personal networks of effective internal and external relationships; cooperate well with other team members
Qualification Required
● Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or similar
● 0 - 1 year in Event Management/similar roles
● Good communication skills, including training and presentation capabilities
● Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
